Karen is a Learning & Development Consultant specialising in the Hospitality Industry. With 25 years’ experience in hotel operations, 15 of those in Learning and Development.

Karen has an MA (Hons) in Hotel and Catering Management from Dundee University, Scotland. After gaining excellent grounding in this role, Karen specialised further into Learning and Development, working initially with the Conrad Dublin before being promoted to a regional role with Hilton Ireland, heading up Learning and Development for their portfolio in Ireland.

The last 5 years Karen has been based in Cork, working as a Learning and Development Specialist with various properties around Ireland.
