EVIDENCE-BASED MENTAL WELLNESS PROGRAMS

ABOUT US
Our mental wellness programs are specifically designed to help SMBs, NGOs, Associations and Educators develop people-centric strategies, initiatives, and education. Consider us #YourCWO helping to bring mental health awareness and strategies to the forefront of all interactions.

With the unlocking of life after COVID, individuals and organisations are not only looking to adapt to the “new normal” but are shifting priorities to focus on the whole person. People are no longer just looking for work/life balance but want to enhance their mental wellness and develop their own personal psychological safety to thrive. Here at The Mind Institute, we help put the “human” back into “human capital” by developing bespoke mental wellness initiatives to help your people thrive. Grounded in science and delivered with experience and empathy, we are your “mental wellness hub” offering insight that can be harnessed for enhanced openness, understanding and ultimately better communication and connection.
