See you on the 30th of April

🕒 9:30-10:00     Mindfulness in the Morning Mayhem
This session will focus specifically on our current morning routines, or perhaps lack of routine. Participants will have the opportunity to consider what may be the primary source, or sources, of their “morning mayhem” and consider practical ways to help resolve or at least reduce their impact on getting your day off to the best possible start.

Seamus Power
I experienced at first hand the stresses and strains of transitioning from a traditional “9 to 5” workplace role to roles with little or no restriction on when and where work could be managed. I struggled to find my ideal personal, family and workplace balance. I eventually decided to heed my body’s warning signs (weight gain and migraine headaches in my case) and took steps to restore my ideal life balance. That led me on a journey to complete my masters in Health Psychology in 2018 and my passion for helping people realise the benefits finding their ideal life balance too.
