Mental Health & Wellbeing

Therapy and Training develops and delivers Mental Health and Wellbeing Workshops in order to support Staff adapting to all the challenges that the pandemic bring, develop resilience and prevent burnout. The aim would be to give them a chance to take a step back, acknowledge the enormity of all that we’re going through and remind them of their strength and ability to continue to deal with the challenges that the Covid-19 Global Pandemic presents.
With all the restrictions we have been working through, it has been challenging to maintain that personal connection or to have team building days that might normally happen. These workshops provide that opportunity to reconnect the team in a positive and empowering way.

Schedule

Workshops can be one-off 1 hour/90 minutes online, 4 x weekly 1 hour events or full one-day trainings online or face to face (depending on Government Guidelines). The workshop will give employees a time to take a step back from their work and home life stresses, reflect on what’s working well for themselves and people around them and to think about things that they can do better to support themselves and each other through these challenging times. A central message of positivity will be conveyed but this will also include an acknowledgement of how tough things have been with a normalising of the associated uncomfortable emotions.
