Time Management is a method of applying more efficient practices in regards to how we manage our work, particularly through the most effective use of our time. This is accomplished through skills and techniques applied in combination with the appropriate tools.

Through Time Management training, we learn how to be more organized; we learn how to prioritize our work in order to get more of the important things done; we learn how to manage interruptions and all the new priorities that come up all day, including managing emails effectively; we learn how to identify our time wasters and our productivity issues and develop strategies to overcome them; we learn how to file critical documents and emails so that we can find them again easily; and we learn how to get the most out of our Time Management and Personal Productivity tools

The Taste 4 Success Skillnet started out with a small group of 16 companies in 1999 based in the north west of Ireland, and since then it has grown its membership to over four hundred active members across a national base.

TrainedIn has been helping these very people during the COVID-19 Crisis by hosting webinars to connect them with potential clients.

In 2019, our founder, Sorcha Finucane, conceptualised the idea of TrainedIn. It’s mission? To make researching and booking training courses so much easier.

As TrainedIn was being built, Sorcha realised that she could use the technology to help with another subject she felt passionately about: enhancing sustainability for small businesses and freelancers.

TrainedIn launched in April 2020. Yes, right at the start of the Covid-19 lockdown. (The first one…!) Throughout the year, TrainedIn has been running free webinars to connect freelancers and small training businesses to potential clients. Our promise is always to match highly skilled professionals with the individuals and businesses looking for their services.

Dawn Leane

Dawn Leane is a skilled Human Resources professional with experience across a variety of industries including manufacturing, publishing, recruitment, education and the charity sector.

Most recently Dawn has been worked as Director of People and Resources with Chartered Accountants Ireland. Dawn has experience working with boards and leadership teams along with individual contributors.

Dawn is experienced in providing a wide range of supports to new managers and emerging leaders. She has an interest in the areas of equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly at a senior level.

Areas that Dawn can assist with include; leadership development, leadership for women, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, skills for new managers, objective setting and performance appraisal, managing underperformance, appraisal skills, managing change, interview and selection skills.

Dawn has recently completed a Diploma in Executive Coaching with the Irish Management Institute and is a student member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Dawn is a member of the Irish Institute of Training & Development. A graduate of the National College of Ireland with a Master of Business from University College Cork, Dawn has a sincere interest in developing people to achieve their potential.

Having spent 5 years as Head of Education Delivery with Chartered Accountants Ireland, she was responsible for a team of 9 on-site employees, 70 associate lecturers and 7 regional coordinators. As HR Director she was responsible for both delivering and commissioning training for the staff of a membership organisation. She recruited for, trained, coached and supported the development of high performing teams
