This Well-Being Matters Programme addresses the unique needs of introverts and broad neurodiversity in the workplace. It is aimed at individuals and organisations who want to promote the wellbeing of all staff, increase inclusion, engagement and promote diversity of thought.

The Well Being Matters Workshop can be run as a 2 hour introductory or 4 hour (2 sessions) more in-depth virtual small group event (max 8 people) and explores:

Recognising diversity of thought to promote inclusion
This workshop is an ideal opportunity for those engaged in managing people and their wellbeing to bring topics such as neurodiversity and wellbeing to the fore.
Aoife Lenox, B.A., M.C.I.S. is an Introvert Coach (ICF member), Certified Trainer (IITD) and People Specialist Consultant (Associate CIPD) who speaks about her experience of being an introvert in business. Her focus is on promoting wellness and confidence.
Along with running workshops she also provides strengths based 1:1 coaching using positive psychology tools and consultants with organisations on progressive ways of designing meaningful work experiences.
