A specialist in business development strategy, he has established and operated start-up companies in Ireland, India and Turkey in addition to introducing and expanding brand presence in the UK, Spain, Russia, Israel and Australia through B2B arrangements as well as agency and distributor networks.
In 2016, Eddie travelled to Erickson Coaching International in Vancouver where he trained as a Solution Focussed Coach. He started Global Mindworks, his own leadership development and coaching company, the following year and is the exclusive partner of Erickson Coaching in Ireland training internal coaches in international and local organizations here and providing executive and life coaching/mentoring services.
His coaching/mentoring clients include C-Suite and senior leaders organizations in the pharma, logistics and textile sectors located in Ireland and internationally.
