Who is the Webinar for?

The intended audience is geared primarily for workers that are required to sit for prolonged periods of their workday (office, long-haul truck drivers), and workplaces that manage individuals that requires working in such positions.

(To get the most out of the presentation, bring a bath towel and full gym bag, to use as props only - no sweating involved!)

The Taste 4 Success Skillnet represents a significant, innovative and strategic collaboration between a growing number of member companies across a number of specific food and beverage sub-sectors, such as production, processing, artisan and services.

The Taste 4 Success Skillnet started out with a small group of 16 companies in 1999 based in the north west of Ireland, and since then it has grown its membership to over four hundred active members across a national base.

Annette Cashell is a Movement Coach who helps people undo/prevent the damage done by excessive sitting. Ex-corporate, she avoided a neck fusion operation and now combines her expertise in Pilates and movement to help others thrive with corrective exercises and the lifestyle/environmental changes to support them.

Her offerings include Corporate Wellness webinars, eBook "Ultimate Guide to Working from Home", virtual workshops, monthly membership to Library of pre-recorded classes, weekly Zoom classes and Private Online Sessions.

Annette has been spoken on radio, podcasts, and corporate wellness webinars. She has also written articles for Thrive Global and featured in 'Grow Wild' and the Irish Examiner.
