In 2019, our founder, Sorcha Finucane, conceptualised the idea of TrainedIn. It’s mission? To make researching and booking training courses so much easier.

Having worked extensively in the Customer Services Departments of Call-centres in Financial Services and Healthcare settings, Helen has first-hand knowledge of the effects of stress on health (both mental and physical), wellbeing and on the ability to make effective decisions. This combined with her wealth of experience of bringing calm to chaos as a using relaxation techniques makes her ideally suited to her role as a Stress Management Consultant.
Helen helps companies increase profitability, reduce sick leave, and increase employee engagement by providing the tools proven to improve awareness of stress triggers and techniques to mitigate them. Helen brings her solid foundation in Business Management together with her extensive experience as a holistic practitioner to help people alleviate the negative impact of stress in the workplace.
